Sri Venkateswara University is well known for providing distance education. SVU introduced distance courses in the year 1972. It recognized by UGC an upgrade the university into DDE, Directorate of distance education. It got the upgraded status in the year 1995. At present SVU is offering a wide variety of programs and courses which are suitable and preferable by the students. SVU is offering programs and courses for undergraduates, graduates, and post graduates.
