The MG University is located in Kottayam, Kerala and was established on 2^nd October, 1983. The university has over 200 affiliated colleges in the several districts all over Kerala and caters to over 20 teaching departments, which offer all mainstream and non-mainstream fields. The university also has international operations and so is based in eight other countries. The main campus however, is located in the Priyadarshini Hills about 13 kilometers from Kottayam. A very prestigious name in the field of Indian education, this university also offers a host of distance educations programs through its School of Distance education which was established in 1990. The university with, its widespread global operations has the recognition of being a premier institutions all over the world. The university has over 1, 50,000 students on its rolls each year who are all students of the 210 programs that go on.

Eligibility:

The MBA program is a highly regarded program and is tailor made for candidates who do not have the access to full time college facilities. Students desiring admission must first pay a sum of Rs. 500 towards a prospectus which contains a unique code. This code is to be used by students to register with the website of the SDE after which they have access to the application form which can be printed out. The duly filled application form is to be attached with the supporting educational experience documents and submitted to the local centre of the candidate. The Centre coordinator after checking eligibility and demand draft of the course fees will then grant admission to the candidate. All candidates must bring original certificates at the time of admission as they will be verified and summarily returned by the centre coordinator.
